Don't trust someone easily, and don't trust programmers who don't use Github, Stack Overflow, Blog, and claim to have 5 years of work experience.

Why write this blog today is mainly because of someone.

On October 18, 2020, I followed a fan's opinion and went to make a website, but afterwards I thought I was stupid.

Now I feel that I shouldn't listen to that person's opinion at the time, because he was wrong.

He said he has 5 years of work experience,he majored in Japanese at university, but now he is doing Python-related work.

I believe him because of his 5 years of work experience.

But in the end, I found that this person may have a problem.

First, he does not recognize that "the most valuable thing for programmers is the ability to learn independently and solve problems independently."

He does not believe that programmers should study independently and solve problems independently. He thinks this is the reason for the boss to exploit you.

Second, although he is a programmer, he does not know how to operate a website. This is what he said directly.

Third, he does not know the monthly cost of renting a vps.

Fourth, he wants to retire, he wants to retire now.

Fifth, he once proposed to cooperate with me on this project, but I rejected it because I thought I could complete it by myself.

Finally, the most important thing is that he said that it doesn't matter if there is no image recognition. He is used to manual clicking with pcrdfans.

It was the last one that I made a misjudgment.

Can you imagine that he is a programmer who has been working for 5 years?

He has never used my software, but directly pointed out the points that the software needs to be improved.

However, I accepted it, like a fool.

I am also using my own software for 3 months, and I know exactly how troublesome it is to click manually.

But I listened to the opinion of a person who said he had 5 years of work experience.

The main reason why I want to mention this is because I wasted 2 weeks and was very uncomfortable.

Obviously I should believe in myself, but I believe in others.

And now I want to change views on this person

This person is not a professional programmer, this is for sure.

In other words, there are no professional programmers in China, he is at most a person who can type a little code.

And judging from his blog, it seems that he has not made progress in the past 5 years.

As a programmer, he doesn't know how to use a server, he doesn't know how to run a website, and he only does some odd things.

I think this is terrible.

Such a person may be living in a muddle-headed manner.

The most important point is still my problem.

I have visited his github, and his github does not contain any content, but he himself said that he has been working for 5 years.

I think he must not be a qualified programmer.

He just told me that others are lying to you, what he said is true, he said that no one uses github. I am now very confused about this person's life experience, maybe we live in different worlds.

I insist that: a programmer needs to have the ability to solve problems independently and to learn independently.

This is important not only for programmers, but also for humans.

Fuck that person.

When I go to trust a person in the future, I must investigate all his information carefully.

But maybe he is not malicious.

Because, in China,  REAL programmers are rare. Most of them can just type a little code, or only copy and paste.

However, this also led me to discover a terrible fact: Many people who are not studying computer science at universities have also begun to learn programming.

But this group of people does not seek to make progress.

mainly reflects in:

  1. Don't use Github
  2. Don't use Stack Overflow
  3. Don't know much about Server
  4. Don't know how to teach themselves
  5. Be able to write some Python statements

As for the python language, it has really been promoted a lot in recent years (2014~2019). Chinese entrepreneurs seem to be bragging about how useful python is. Always talk about artificial intelligence and python together.

This actually led to a bad thing. Many Chinese people think that learning python can make a lot of money.

Then the programming-related industries flooded into many of them.

They don't have the basic literacy as a qualified programmer, they just want to make money.

It's not their fault.

The main problem is information monopoly.

The social fragmentation is very serious. The information that people at the bottom can get is very limited. Capitalists can spend any money to spread information. In China, on the contrary, the most accessible information is wrong. But these people do not have the ability to think independently. This again reflects the problems of the education system. But it is almost impossible for anyone to solve these problems. If you know China, you know why.
